This project consisted of double depth basement with 8 upper floors
and 3 stair / lift cores. We commenced on-site following on from the piling to complete the capping beam and propping. This then was followed by a bulk excavation. Waterproof concrete was used for the slabs and walls from the lower basement to ground floor.
