Engcon delivered the full structural package for a private development, beginning with demolition and structural propping within the existing building. Works included a 6-metre-deep reinforced concrete basement housing a high-spec swimming pool.
The project involved complex underpinning, steel frame erection, piling operations and coordinated drainage and external works.
